Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

In recent days, we have seen a heightened level of concern related to the spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19). We recognize that this may be an unsettling time and wanted to provide an update on the actions that Nation West is taking to safeguard the health and wellbeing of our clients, our employees and their families.

Front Door and Counter of Branch: At our two branches, we have taken the following preventive measures:

    Attention clients/visitors – Our office is now closed to walk-in traffic. It is recommended that call our main line to make arrangements for service.

We will be doing everything that we can to make our clients and customers lives easier during this heightened time of caution and awareness.

Inside the office:
We have initiated a strict protocol for employee / client engagement including immediate employee hand washing when entering the office. We have also implemented strict and timed daily office cleaning procedures, including immediate cleaning of any devise that is used to complete transactions.

Going forward we will be doing all we can to keep our employees and our clients updated on COVID-19 developments and best practices recommended by the Public Health Agency of Canada.
